Milan Rauch, M.Sc.

Milan combines a business degree from Maastricht with a master’s in Marketing Management from Rotterdam School of Management. After international roles such as at Henkel in Singapore, he founded Rauch Digital and now brings his marketing expertise to recruiting for care businesses.

Mischa Rauch, M.Sc.

Mischa comes from IT: after his bachelor’s in Maastricht, he studied data science at KTH Stockholm and Aalto University and delivered AI projects for AI Sweden and Ericsson. At Rauch Digital he makes sure campaigns are data-driven and optimised with artificial intelligence.

A personal message from Milan Rauch, M.Sc., founder of Rauch Digital:

Dear care business owner,

Recruiting in care has changed. And that is good news.

I am firmly convinced: nurses do not choose a salary. They choose people.

Our story

How one job opening at a practice became a specialist agency

  1. The beginning

    It all started in our mother’s practice

    Our mother is a physiotherapist. When she was looking for staff for her practice, we set up our first recruiting campaigns. That was our first contact with healthcare, and we saw how hard it is to find staff.

  2. 2020

    Founding Rauch Digital

    We founded Rauch Digital in the middle of the pandemic. More and more healthcare businesses approached us, and step by step we grew into care.

  3. Specialisation

    Full focus on care

    Instead of doing everything for everyone, we focused on home care services and private residential care homes. This gave rise to our InfinityReach system, which we have been testing and refining in many regions for years.

  4. Today

    One team for around 45 care businesses

    Today we are a team of four and look after around 45 businesses across Germany, from intensive care to shared care flats. We are still based in Witten in the Ruhr area.

A campaign is quickly launched. We are after more: we want to be a partner our clients can rely on for many years. We get to know their teams, their regions and their everyday life, stay in close contact and grow together with them. That way, every collaboration gets better over time.
